a Seminar on Poznan Fair - SAWO

We would like to invite you to our first seminar organised within the new Europeana Campaign on Risk Assesment. The Seminar is called "Risk Assesment - demand and practice in Polish enterprises", it is going to be organised on the 23rd of April 2008 during Poznan Fair- SAWO (the biggest fair in Poland on safety and health at work).

New European Campaign on Risk Assesment

New European Information Campaign on Risk Assessment  is about to be launched. The campaign will last for 2 years and it aims at promoting risk assessment as a process in whiich everyone should get involved-both emplouers, OSH specialists and employees. It also promotes the "step by step" approach to risk assessment. Employers are also going to be encouraged to conduct risk assesment on their own- it is the first step to systematised approach to risk management. There will be numerous seminars, conferences and competitions organised within the campaign's duration. We would like to invite everyone to engage in campaign's activities. 

 

Good Practice Award

The results of the Polish Good Practice Award have been announced. The 1st award has been given to INERGY Automative Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. for their application called "Application of roller conveyors". British Airways Polska and their application called "Work ergonomics - a training for employees" have been awarded 2nd award. Tesco Poland Sp. z o.o. Hipermarket Poznań and their application called "Implementation of electric pallet trucks" have been given the 3rd award. The diplomas and the awards will be given during a meeting in the Polish Parliament on the 12th of December 2007. The Polish Labour Minister Jolanta Fedak was present at the event.
We would like to congratulate all the winners and invite everyone to take part in the GPA next year's edition.
